We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board.

Objection to marketing contact and direct marketing

We object to the use of the contact details published in our legal notice (German: Impressum) for sending unsolicited advertising. This applies in particular to:

• telemarketing calls, and

• postal advertising mail.

Unlawful advertising may, among other things, violate Sec. 7 of the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG); we reserve the right to take legal action accordingly.
